You will help translate business priorities and customer needs into clear marketing programs and useful sales resources. You will support campaigns and go-to-market initiatives from planning through delivery, coordinating projects and collaborating with marketing and business partners.\nKey responsibilities include:\nManage defined Global Marketing workstreams, including timelines, deliverables, stakeholder coordination, and status reporting.\nSupport go-to-market campaigns and marketing programs from planning through launch, helping connect business priorities with customer needs.\nCollaborate with global and cross-functional partners to develop campaign materials, organize resources and creative assets, and support consistent execution across markets.\nPartner with internal teams to gather information, incorporate feedback and keep deliverables accurate, clear and on schedule. \nExplore practical uses of AI and marketing technology to improve content development, project workflows, reporting, and the end-user experience.\nComplete a focused marketing or process-improvement project, using research, data, and stakeholder input to develop and present recommendations to the team.\nBuilding blocks for success\nRequired:\nCurrently enrolled in an undergraduate program as a rising sophomore, junior, or senior, or currently enrolled in a graduate program.\nExperience using Microsoft Office applications.\nClear verbal and written communication skills.\nAttention to detail and commitment to professionalism and integrity.\nAbility to collaborate as part of a team and willingness to learn.\nPreferred:\nCoursework, project, or internship experience in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.\nExperience coordinating projects, campaigns, or deliverables with multiple stakeholders.\nExperience researching customer, market or industry topics and turning findings into clear recommendations. \nExperience working with AI workflows and tools automation or other emerging technology for research, content development, analysis or workflow improvement\nExperience tracking campaign budgets or analyzing digital campaign performance.\nDemonstrates willingness and capability to leverage emerging technology, automation, and AI tools to improve efficiency, quality, and speed.
