Are you seeking practical experience to supplement your academic pursuits?\nThe Prologis Summer Internship Program offers students of diverse educational backgrounds the opportunity to secure work experience within their field of study.\nOver a course of 10-12 weeks, our interns will get to collaborate on various significant projects that impact Prologis’ business landscape. Students will have the opportunity to interact and connect with leaders within the company and build workplace acumen through various seminars and Q&A sessions. Regardless of their assigned departments, interns will have access to local market tours in order to fully comprehend Prologis’ business and how their summer contributions impact the end product.\nPrologis seeks both undergraduate and graduate level interns passionate about kickstarting their careers while helping us further our industry leading work across the organization.\nA day in the life\nYou will support the development of the Valuations Intelligence Co-pilot, helping improve how valuation information is accessed, analyzed, and used in business workflows. You will work with business and technology stakeholders to identify use cases, translate requirements into solution concepts, and build and validate AI-powered prototypes. You will also explore how generative AI and agentic capabilities can integrate with enterprise applications, data, and workflows, while evaluating solutions for accuracy, reliability, usability, security and measurable business value.\nKey responsibilities include:\nSupport the development and enhancement of the Valuations Intelligence Co-pilot, including new AI-enabled features and capabilities.\nPartner with business and technology stakeholders to identify AI use cases and translate requirements into solution designs and prototypes.\nBuild and evaluate proofs of concept using generative AI, large language models, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and AI agents.\nExplore integration of AI capabilities with enterprise applications, APIs, data sources, and business workflows, considering usability, scalability, security, and responsible AI practices.\nTest and evaluate AI solutions for accuracy, reliability, performance, usability, security and business value, and document findings and recommendations.\nContribute to technical documentation, demonstrations, and recommendations for scaling successful AI solutions\nBuilding blocks for success\nRequired:\nCurrently enrolled in an undergraduate program as a rising sophomore, junior, or senior, or currently enrolled in a graduate program in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Information Systems, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical discipline\nBasic understanding of software development, APIs, data structures, or databases\nExperience using Microsoft Office applications.\nClear verbal and written communication skills.\nAttention to detail and commitment to professionalism and integrity.\nAbility to collaborate as part of a team and willingness to learn.\nPreferred:\nAcademic, personal, or project experience with generative AI, large language models, AI agents, machine learning, or related technologies.\nFamiliarity with python, APIs, cloud platforms, or modern application development frameworks.\nExposure to prompt engineering, RAG, or AI evaluation techniques.\nExperience documenting requirements, testing software, or evaluating usability and output quality.\nDemonstrates willingness and capability to leverage emerging technology, automation, and AI tools to improve efficiency, quality, and speed. Exercises sound judgment, creative thinking, and accountability for outcomes.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to experiment, learn quickly, and communicate technical findings clearly.\nHiring Salary Range of:\nUndergraduate: $25-$30 per hour.
