You will provide technical leadership across platforms including Yardi Voyager, Yardi Advanced Budget, Yardi Forecast Manager, Yardi Commercial Café, and Argus Enterprise, translating complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions. The role will combine deep application and data expertise with automation, AI-assisted diagnostics, and modern development practices to improve system reliability, streamline workflows, and evolve support from a reactive to a more proactive, insight-driven model. You will collaborate with stakeholders and globally distributed technology teams to deliver solutions that support critical business processes and continuous improvement.\nKey responsibilities include:\nLead development, integration, and ongoing technical support for Prologis’ real estate application platforms, ensuring solutions support critical business functions, project objectives, and business requirements.\nDesign and deliver technical solutions across the Yardi application ecosystem, identifying opportunities to improve processes through automation, intelligent workflows, data, and AI-enabled capabilities.\nLead technical activities throughout the software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, technical design, prototyping, development, testing, deployment, documentation, and production support.\nTranslate business requirements into functional and technical specifications, solution designs, estimates, and executable development plans in partnership with business stakeholders and internal IT teams.\nDesign, develop, and support integrations between real estate applications and enterprise systems, including Salesforce, PeopleSoft, and custom applications.\nCollaborate with project managers, stakeholders, developers, vendors, and globally distributed teams to coordinate development, testing, deployment, issue resolution, and delivery dependencies.\nLead global change and release management activities for supported applications while identifying opportunities to improve system reliability, support effectiveness, and delivery processes.\nBuilding blocks for success\nRequired:\n5+ years of functional and technical experience with Yardi Commercial, International, and Elevate products.\nIntermediate or greater SQL experience, including the ability to work effectively with application data and underlying data structures.\nExperience designing, developing, and supporting integrations between enterprise applications and external systems, including Salesforce, PeopleSoft, or custom applications.\nExperience across the software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, fit/gap analysis, technical design, development, testing, deployment, and support.\nExperience delivering technology solutions with globally distributed teams, including internal teams, vendors, onshore/offshore developers, or quality assurance teams.\nAbility to manage and prioritize multiple technical initiatives and deliverables with competing timelines and dependencies.\nAbility to communicate technical concepts, recommendations, risks, and solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nPreferred:\nBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.\nExperience with enterprise AI platforms, model gateways, orchestration frameworks, vector search, evaluation frameworks, or AI observability.\nExperience with cloud platforms, CI/CD, automated testing, infrastructure services, and secure software delivery practices.\nData engineering experience.\nExperience with Argus Enterprise.\nDemonstrates willingness and capability to leverage emerging technology, automation, and AI tools to improve efficiency, quality, and speed. Exercises sound judgment, creative thinking, and accountability for outcomes.\nHiring Salary Range of:\n$121,000 - $167,000.
