Are you seeking practical experience to supplement your academic pursuits?\nThe Prologis Summer Internship Program offers students of diverse educational backgrounds the opportunity to secure work experience within their field of study.\nOver a course of 10-12 weeks, our interns will get to collaborate on various significant projects that impact Prologis’ business landscape. Students will have the opportunity to interact and connect with leaders within the company and build workplace acumen through various seminars and Q&A sessions. Regardless of their assigned departments, interns will have access to local market tours in order to fully comprehend Prologis’ business and how their summer contributions impact the end product.\nPrologis seeks both undergraduate and graduate level interns passionate about kickstarting their careers while helping us further our industry leading work across the organization.\nA day in the life\nYou will support Procurement through spend analysis, category research, vendor performance reporting, and sourcing projects. You will help prepare dashboards and track vendor follow-up actions, while coordinating meetings and review materials. You will also contribute to the analysis, testing, and rollout preparation of an in-house tool that is being nationally deployed through data validation and process documentation, and identify practical tools or automation that can improve team efficiency.\nKey responsibilities include:\nDevelop tools and conduct research to strengthen spend analysis, category intelligence, and sourcing decisions. \nPrepare and distribute vendor performance dashboards and help track follow-up actions. \nCoordinate market and vendor review meetings, including scheduling, materials, and action-item tracking. \nSupport SnowLogis analysis, testing, and rollout preparation, including data validation and process documentation. \nIdentify practical tools, automation, and process improvements that increase team efficiency. \nBuilding blocks for success\nRequired:\nCurrently enrolled in an undergraduate program as a risingjunior, or senior.\nExperience using Microsoft Office applications. \nClear verbal and written communication skills. \nAttention to detail and commitment to professionalism and integrity. \nAbility to collaborate as part of a team and willingness to learn. \nPreferred:\nCoursework or project experience in procurement, sourcing, spend analysis, vendor management, or business analytics. \nExperience with dashboards, data validation, process documentation, or software testing. \nDemonstrates willingness and capability to leverage emerging technology, automation, and AI tools to improve efficiency, quality, and speed. Exercises sound judgment, creative thinking, and accountability for outcomes. \nHiring Salary Range of:\nUndergraduate: $25-$30 per hour.
