The role helps customers and internal teams move leasing and property operations forward by coordinating information, documents, reports, and follow-up. The coordinator works closely with Leasing, Property Management, Maintenance, Market leadership, customers, brokers, and vendors.\nKey responsibilities include:\nCoordinate lease administration from proposal through execution, including lease documents, amendments, license agreements, and listing or co-brokerage agreements.\nSupport lease transactions by coordinating customer move-ins, collecting certificates of insurance, and processing commission payments.\nPrepare reports and gather data, including lease comparables and customer insights, in partnership with Leasing, Property Management, and Capital Deployment.\nReview reports and records for accuracy and completeness; track action items and respond to ad hoc requests from Market and operations leaders.\nProvide project, operational, and communications support to Property Managers and Maintenance Technicians.\nMaintain relationships with customers, brokers, vendors, and internal Prologis teams; respond to incoming calls and emails, direct requests, and track follow-up through resolution.\nMaintain property records and perform work in accordance with company policies, applicable regulations, and legal requirements.\nBuilding blocks for success\nRequired:\nAt least 3 years of experience in an administrative, customer service, real estate, or related role.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills for coordinating with internal and external partners.\nOrganizational and time-management skills to prioritize work, meet deadlines, and follow through.\nProficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.\nAbility to handle confidential information with tact and discretion.\nBasic math and analytical skills.\nPreferred:\nExperience with lease analysis or lease administration, or the ability to develop these skills within 6 months.\nExperience preparing financial or portfolio reports.\nExperience using CRM or property management systems such as Yardi or Salesforce.\nFamiliarity with real estate documents and processes, including leases, purchase agreements, or property management.\nValid driver’s license and ability to travel to multiple properties in the San Francisco Bay Area.\nDemonstrates willingness and capability to leverage emerging technology, automation, and AI tools to improve efficiency, quality, and speed. Exercises sound judgment, creative thinking, and accountability for outcomes.\nHiring Salary Range of: $34.62 - $42.31/hour ($72,000 - $88,000).
