Over a course of 10-12 weeks, our interns will get to collaborate on various significant projects that impact Prologis’ business landscape. Regardless of their assigned departments, interns will have access to local market tours in order to fully comprehend Prologis’ business and how their summer contributions impact the end product.\nPrologis seeks both undergraduate and graduate level interns passionate about kickstarting their careers while helping us further our industry leading work across the organization.\nA day in the life \nYou will support the operation and customer support of Prologis’s Chicagoland portfolio while gaining exposure to Leasing, Real Estate and Customer Experience (RECX)/Property Management, and Operations Construction Management. You will contribute to day-to-day leasing activities by preparing marketing materials, attending prospective customer showings, supporting lease proposals, and helping evaluate deal terms through basic financial models. You will build relationships and learn about the industrial real estate ecosystem through team events, industry networking, and collaboration with peers and brokerage community members. You will also help identify and support AI-driven tools for Operations workflows through use-case research, user feedback, team training, and rollout efforts.\nKey responsibilities include: \nEngage in Cross-Functional Portfolio Exposure: Participate in team meetings, site visits, and special projects to gain practical insight into the roles that support the operation and customer support of Prologis’s Chicagoland portfolio including Leasing, Real Estate and Customer Experience (RECX)/Property Management, and Operations Construction Management.\nSupport Leasing Activities and Financial Analysis: Assist in day-to-day leasing efforts by preparing marketing materials, attending prospective customer showings, and supporting the preparation of lease proposals and basic financial models to evaluate deal terms.\nNetwork with Industry Professionals: Build relationships and learn about the broader industrial real estate ecosystem by attending team events, industry networking functions, and collaborating with peers and members of the brokerage community.\nContribute to AI Adoption and Innovation: Help identify and implement AI-driven tools that improve Operations workflows by researching use cases, gathering user feedback, and supporting team training and rollout efforts.\nBuilding blocks for success\nRequired:\nCurrently enrolled in an undergraduate program as a rising sophomore, junior, or senior, or currently enrolled in a graduate program.\nExperience using Microsoft Office applications.\nClear verbal and written communication skills.\nAttention to detail and commitment to professionalism and integrity.\nCollaborative team player who contributes to a supportive team environment.\nCuriosity and a strong desire to learn and grow.\nPreferred:\nCoursework or project experience in commercial real estate, leasing, property management, finance, or operations.\nExperience preparing marketing materials, lease proposals, or basic financial models.\nCoursework, project, or internship experience exploring AI use cases, gathering user feedback, or supporting technology adoption.\nCreative mindset and openness to taking on new challenges.\nDemonstrates willingness and capability to leverage emerging technology, automation, and AI tools to improve efficiency, quality, and speed. Exercises sound judgment, creative thinking, and accountability for outcomes.\nHiring Salary Range of:\nUndergraduate: $25-$30 per hour.
