This role enables team effectiveness by coordinating calendars, travel, communications, meetings, events, and administrative processes. The position collaborates with internal and external stakeholders while helping senior leaders and teams stay organized and focused on business priorities.\nKey responsibilities include:\n· Coordinate calendars, meetings, and scheduling across multiple teams.\n· Manage SharePoint sites and support internal team communications.\n· Arrange travel and prepare expense reports for two senior executives.\n· Plan and coordinate internal team events and events with external partners.\n· Coordinate recurring cross-functional meetings and track logistics.\n· Maintain files, administrative records, and documentation.\n· Provide administrative and project coordination support as assigned.\nBuilding blocks for success\nRequired:\n· 3+ years of experience in an administrative or related role.\n· Fluent English communication skills.\n· Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.\n· Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.\n· Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and organizational levels.\n· Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and sound judgment.\nPreferred:\n· Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.\n· Experience supporting international or cross-functional teams.\n· Experience with SharePoint administration.\n· Demonstrates willingness and capability to leverage emerging technology, automation, and AI tools to improve efficiency, quality, and speed.
