In this role, you will collaborate with global team members across Finance, Reporting, Treasury, Tax, and Division Controllers. As a member of our team, you will support Corporate and division personnel by ensuring payables are processed efficiently, accurately, and timely. In addition, you will perform monthly close activities to support accurate and timely financial reporting. This position reports to theSenior Manager, Procure-to-Pay and is located in Covington, KY. The Financial Shared Services Organization is a U.S.-based, onshore operation.\nDoes this work interest you?\nProcess, code, and review vendor invoices accurately in accounts payable systems, including Concur.\nResearch and resolve invoice, payment, approval, and vendor account issues.\nCollaborate with finance partners across the organization to provide invoice documentation and respond to research requests.\nReconcile Corporate credit card statements and coordinate with key business personnel to collect supporting documentation.\nSupport the Tax Department with ad hoc requests, including coordination of payments with specific filing requirements.\nIdentify recurring issues, recommend process improvements, and help align standardized accounts payable practices across the organization.\nParticipate in projects involving reporting, automation, internal controls, and continuous improvement of the procure-to-pay process.\nBuild productive relationships with vendors, employees, and finance partners while delivering responsive customer service.\nWhat We’re Looking for\nAssociate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field preferred.\n2+ years of relevant experience in accounting or operational finance roles preferred.\nFoundational understanding of accounting, bookkeeping, or accounts payable concepts.\nComfortable working with data and learning new financial systems.\nWorking knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including the ability to organize, review, and analyze information.\nStrong problem-solving skills and the curiosity to understand why an issue occurred.\nClear, professional written and verbal communication.\nStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines.\nDetail-oriented, dependable, and accountable for producing accurate work.\nWillingness to ask questions, accept feedback, and take on new responsibilities.\nInterest in process improvement, technology, and building a career in finance.\nCommitment to ethical, professional, and confidential handling of financial information.\nWhat’s in it for you?\nThere's no monopoly on innovative ideas or limits to how far you can advance with our team.
