This role is responsible for the Electro-Mechanical Assembly of the equipment manufactured by the company. Also responsible for setup, testing, debug and all external services associated with support of all equipment models manufactured by the company. This is a hybrid position that will work with both Field Service and Assembly teams.\nAre you intrigued by this work?\nAssemble, repair or install electro-mechanical equipment\nDecipher information from equipment manuals and schematics to troubleshoot various types of equipment malfunction\nAssist engineers and other production staff in the debug of equipment\nPerform evaluations of new technologies with potential application as a new process or as a modification to existing equipment\nProvide on-call emergency service as required and maintain communication with department leadership while in the field\nEducate customers on preventive maintenance and safety regulations\nProvide general customer service on the phone and in person\nTroubleshoot, diagnose, and repair units while in the field.\nMaintain records of service calls, training, and expenses. \nStudy technical manuals and attend training sessions provided by equipment manufacturers to maintain current knowledge\nPerform preventive maintenance or service such as cleaning, lubricating and adjustments\nKeep records of maintenance, repair, and required updates of equipment\nInspect, test, and repair equipment following manufacturers' specifications, using test and analysis instruments\nIf this sounds like you, we want to connect!\n5 + years of experience with assembly and troubleshooting of light industrial electro-mechanical equipment\nAssociates Degree Preferred\nTechnical School Certification preferred\nExcellent working knowledge of electrical systems and mechanical systems\nAbility to work with minimal supervision and complete assembly of industrial machinery\nAble to develop plans to remediate machinery malfunction\nAble to assist engineering in determining the design resolution required to remedy the issues found and/or implement upgrade designs\nAssist with performing and conclude both Pre-FAT and FAT efforts.\nInternational and Domestic Travel required (Max 50%)\nWhat’s in it for you?\nThere's no monopoly on innovative ideas or limits to how far you can advance with our team.
