You’ll contribute to the success of the company by manufacturing parts according to drawings, maintaining raw material inventory in accordance with inventory control policies, and maintaining machinery through proper preventative maintenance. If you are detail-oriented and focused on continuous improvement, we want to talk to you. \nAre you passionate about this work?\nOperating & programming Haas CNC mill and lathe machines safely and productively.\nPlanning machining by studying detailed/complex blueprints and work orders; interpreting geometric dimensions and tolerances (GD & T).\nDownloading/editing programs by entering instructions, including zero and reference points; setting tool registers, offsets, compensation and conditional switches. Calculating requirements, including basic math, geometry and trigonometry; proving part programs.\nVerifying settings by measuring positions, first run part and sample work pieces.\nPartnering with engineering on R & D projects.\nMaintaining Quality Control through inspections\nKeeping equipment and work area clean and orderly.\nIf this sounds like you, we want to connect!\nMinimum 1 year Manufacturing experience, preferably in a Custom Machine Shop environment desired.\nExperience running Haas CNC equipment preferred but not required.\nExcellent Safety practices and mindset.\nAbility to adapt to changing priorities and to engage in multiple jobs simultaneously.\nAbility to read machine drawings/ blueprints.\nAbility to take direction and follow through with assignments as provided.\nMust be able to work a minimum of 40 hours per week and maintain good attendance.\nMust be able to work well in a team and environment.\nAbility to do your own set-ups and produce quality parts from drawings with minimal supervision.\nWhat’s in it for you?\nThere's no monopoly on innovative ideas or limits to how far you can advance with our team.
