Keep reading.\nWhat You'll Do\nSupport packaging line and equipment development projects.\nCreate and update line layouts, equipment layouts, assembly drawings, and technical documentation.\nAssist with R&D, testing, and product improvement initiatives.\nSupport cost reduction and continuous improvement projects.\nWork with engineering and manufacturing teams to support machine assembly and production activities.\nAssist with equipment startup, troubleshooting, debugging, and validation activities.\nHelp prepare equipment specifications, bills of materials (BOMs), and project documentation.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, production, procurement, and assembly.\nWhat We're Looking For\nCurrently enrolled in a Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering program and available for a full-time 12-month co-op term beginning January 2027.\nCompletion of at least one previous co-op, internship, design team, or relevant hands-on engineering experience.\nExperience using AutoCAD to create or modify equipment layouts, production line layouts, mechanical drawings, and technical documentation.\nExposure to SolidWorks or other 3D CAD software, equipment specifications, manufacturing drawings, BOMs, and engineering documentation through coursework, projects, or prior work experience.\nStrong mechanical aptitude with the ability to analyze problems, troubleshoot issues, and support equipment assembly, testing, and startup activities.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented manufacturing environment.\nCompensation: $25-$29/hour, based on qualifications and experience.\nWhat’s in it for you?\nThere's no monopoly on innovative ideas or limits to how far you can advance with our team.
