What You'll Do Support packaging line and equipment development projects. Create and update line layouts, equipment layouts, assembly drawings, and technical documentation. Assist with R&D, testing, and product improvement initiatives. Support cost reduction and continuous improvement projects. Work with engineering and manufacturing teams to support machine assembly and production activities. Assist with equipment startup, troubleshooting, debugging, and validation activities. Help prepare equipment specifications, bills of materials (BOMs), and project documentation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, production, procurement, and assembly. What We're Looking For Currently enrolled in a Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering program and available for a full-time 12-month co-op term beginning January 2027. Completion of at least one previous co-op, internship, design team, or relevant hands-on engineering experience. Experience using AutoCAD to create or modify equipment layouts,
