We specialize in integrating packaging equipment and conveying systems into cost-effective and efficient plan designs.\nThe IT Systems Administrator is responsible for the administration, maintenance, security, and optimization of the organization's technology infrastructure. This role supports business operations by managing servers, networks, cloud platforms, cybersecurity initiatives, enterprise applications, and end-user technology. The IT Systems Administrator works closely with the IT Director and business stakeholders to ensure reliable system performance, data security, and exceptional technical support while driving continuous technology improvements across the organization.\nAre you excited about this work?\nManage and maintain Windows servers, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and cloud-based systems.\nSupport and optimize network infrastructure, including firewalls, wireless systems, and VPN connectivity.\nTroubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, and system issues for end users.\nDeploy, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and other IT equipment.\nStrengthen cybersecurity through vulnerability management, endpoint protection, and incident response.\nSupport enterprise applications, including ERP, CRM, HRIS, and manufacturing systems.\nLead infrastructure upgrades, technology projects, and continuous improvement initiatives.\nIf this sounds like you, we want to connect!\nAssociate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.\n3+ years of experience in systems administration, network administration, or IT infrastructure support.\nExperience administering Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Windows Server, and cloud technologies.\nWorking knowledge of networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing, and firewalls.\nExperience with virtualization platforms such as VMware or Hyper-V preferred.\nFamiliarity with cybersecurity principles, endpoint protection, backup technologies, and disaster recovery practices.\nExperience supporting enterprise software applications and business systems.\nStrong troubleshooting, analytical, organizational, and communication skills.\nRelevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, Microsoft, Cisco, or VMware certifications are preferred.\nWhat’s in it for you?\nThere's no monopoly on innovative ideas or limits to how far you can advance with our team.
