In this role, you will contribute to the success of the company by manufacturing parts for Labeling Machinery according to drawings, maintaining raw material inventory in accordance with inventory control policies, and maintaining machinery through proper preventative maintenance.\nAre you excited about this work?\nPerform set-ups and manufacture the first piece.\nRead and understand specifications and drawings\nPerform first piece inspection\nFollow both verbal and written instructions to plan machine set up\nSelect correct tools and make necessary adjustment including speeds and feeds.\nProduce high quality machined parts.\nStrictly follow all job safety requirements and procedures which include machine guarding and housekeeping requirements.\nMeasure and inspect parts for quality and adherence to specifications.\nKeep inventory and advice needed machine shop tools.\nWhat’s in it for you?\nThere's no monopoly on innovative ideas or limits to how far you can advance with our team. And because we understand the importance of feeling protected, there is no waiting period for benefits - you are eligible on your first day of employment!\nIf this sounds like you, we want to connect!\nMinimum 2 years minimum machining experience or completion of a 1 or 2-year Tool Technology or related coursework\nFamiliarity with CNC set up and running Milling machines, band saws, etc.\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent is preferred\nAbility to communicate and have technical discussions in English\nDay shift hours are 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. M-F\nOvertime is often required\nAbility to read and interpret detailed blueprint drawings.\nAbility to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.\nAbility to stay organized and ensure that the work area is clean, safe, and orderly.\nAbility to follow oral and written instructions and well as be punctual and dependable.\nAbility to manage CNC computer programs loading and debugging\nGood interpersonal skills and ability to multi-task.\n• Ability to perform basic math including working with and converting between fractions, and decimals.\nHourly base pay: $25 + depending on CNC experience\nWhat’s in it for you?\nThere's no monopoly on innovative ideas or limits to how far you can advance with our team.
