You’ll contribute to the success of the company by manufacturing parts according to drawings, maintaining raw material inventory in accordance with inventory control policies, and maintaining machinery through proper preventative maintenance.\nWe offer a modern, clean, safe and climate-controlled facility and focus on producing world-class packaging equipment for our global customer base. If you are detail-oriented and focused on continuous improvement, we want to talk to you.\nAre you passionate about this work?\nReading and interpreting technical blueprints and design models.\nLoading raw materials into the milling machine.\nOperating and controlling the milling machine to shape the raw material.\nMonitoring the milling machine to ensure operations are carried out to exact specifications.\nPerforming regular maintenance checks on machinery.\nSetting up milling machines and adjusting their speed.\nMeasuring and inspecting completed work to ensure compliance with specifications.\nReplacing dull cutting tools to maintain optimal machine performance.\nIdentifying problems with the machine and carrying out necessary repairs.\nMaintaining a clean and safe work environment.\nAdhering to all safety protocols and procedures.\nIf this sounds like you, we want to connect!\nMinimum 1 year Manufacturing experience, preferably in a Custom Machine Shop environment desired.\nExperience running Manual Mill machining equipment is preferred.\nExcellent Safety practices and mindset.\nAbility to adapt to changing priorities and to engage in multiple jobs simultaneously.\nAbility to read machine drawings/ blueprints.\nAbility to take direction and follow through with assignments as provided.\nMust be able to work a minimum of 40 hours per week and maintain good attendance.\nMust be able to work well in a team and environment.\nAbility to do your own set-ups and produce quality parts from drawings with minimal supervision.\nWhat’s in it for you?\nThere's no monopoly on innovative ideas or limits to how far you can advance with our team.
