Keep reading.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nThe co-op students will support the Engineering team across the following activities:\nCollaborate on Product Development: Work alongside design engineers on innovative product development projects.\nDetailed Component Design: 3D CAD modeling using SolidWorks to support ongoing engineering projects.\nEffective engineering documentation: Creation and maintenance of SOPs, work instructions, and manual addendums.\nTechnical Drawings and Standards: Prepare final working drawings, update the parts database, and bring existing files up to new standards under the guidance of Senior Engineers.\nBOM configuration: Supporting BOM updates, validation, and engineering data accuracy.\nScope and Responsibility: Manage a detailed scope of work with varied levels of responsibility, tailored to your learning goals.\nExposure to Engineering Lifecycle: Engage with multiple stages of the engineering lifecycle, gaining valuable experience across disciplines.\nProject Coordination: Collaborate with the Engineering Team to coordinate and implement projects effectively.\nProblem Solving: Provide insights and assist in finding innovative solutions to engineering challenges.\nTeam Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, manufacturing, and other key stakeholders to ensure project success.\nAdditional Responsibilities: Support any other tasks or duties as assigned.\nWho We’re Looking For:\nEducation: Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.\nTechnical Proficiency: Experience with SolidWorks is a strong asset.\nSkills:Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving and multi-tasking capabilities.\nDetail-oriented, inquisitive, and experimental approach to engineering challenges.\nAbility to communicate complex technical information effectively and understandably.\n\nProfessionalism: Mature and professional conduct is essential for success in this role.\nTeamwork: Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional and cross-technology teams.\nTime Management: Skilled at prioritizing tasks driven by deadlines and working independently with minimal supervision.\nWhat You’ll Gain:\nReal-world exposure to the engineering lifecycle and design processes.\nOpportunities to collaborate with seasoned professionals and develop your technical and problem-solving skills.\nA chance to contribute to impactful projects that make a difference.\nA supportive and dynamic environment where innovation thrives.\nWhat’s in it for you?\nThere's no monopoly on innovative ideas or limits to how far you can advance with our team.
