In this role, you will drive focus to projects, building upon Shuttleworth‘s Project Management procedures, while utilizing PMBOK standards to deliver projects on time, on budget and meeting all stakeholder expectations of quality and scope.\nDoes this work interest you?\nContinuously improve processes, creating an environment of teamwork and creating a sense of urgency amongst all project team members.\nLead Work Break Down efforts to create detailed schedules, capture and eliminate issues, and above all - manage communications\nDevelop and adapt PMP principles to improve Shuttleworth‘s project execution.\nCommunications: develop and use project updates, issue lists and any communication processes necessary for all projects.\nEstablish & control budgets, eliminating budgeted net profit variance.\nDevelop comprehensive Gantt charts and project portfolios to provide a dynamic view of resource availability.\nGenerate system change orders\nInitiate or participate in negotiations for price, delivery and scope changes\nDevelop relationships with the customer\nDefine the true needs and expectations of the customer\nHost customer visits and system inspections\nVerify that system debug and runoff meet system requirements. S.) from four-year College or university; and related experience and/or training. PMP Certification preferred; Engineering degree preferred; AutoCAD and mechanical design experience preferred.\n Must be able to travel 20% of the time\n Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.\n Ability to manage multiple projects with ability to re-prioritize as required.\n Strong written, communication and presentation skills is critical.\n Proficient with entire MS Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).\n Ability to interact well with customers, and to take a leadership position when traveling.\n Ability to manage projects within a defined budget and timeline.\n Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures or governmental regulations.\nAbility to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry.\nAbility to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions to practical situations.\nAbility to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concreted variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.\nAbility to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.\nEquipment:\nFamiliar with ERP Systems would be a plus\nFamiliar with SmartSheet planning tools would be a plus\nPro Mach, Inc.\nWe have been named to the Inc. 5,000 list of fastest growing private companies in the U.S. seven times.
