Keep reading.\nMatrix Packaging Machinery, a proud division of ProMach, is seeking a talented Receiving/Shipping Coordinator. You’ll process, expedite, and document the flow of incoming and outgoing shipments in a professional process which is efficient, accurate, and in compliance with all safety processes and hazardous material requirements. You’ll contribute to the success of the business with the aid of your quality and safety driven mindset.\nDoes this work interest you?\nPick and issue parts in the ERP system.\nPrepare items for shipment, receive, and unpack materials and supplies.\nAccurately record shipping and receiving information.\nShip product utilizing FedEx Ship Manager, UPS Worldship and on-line freight Bills of Lading.\nReport damages and discrepancies for accounting, reimbursement, and record-keeping purposes.\nProvide inventory management support: part numbers, balances, reports & physical inventory, cycle counts.\nRoute items to individuals/departments as appropriate.\nMaintain inventory of shipping materials and supplies.\nOperate appropriate machinery which may include tier lift truck, hand truck, forklift, etc., to move, convey, hoist shipments to and from shipping and receiving platforms.\nChampion a safe work environment and demonstrate a quality mindset.\nHelp maintain organization and cleanliness of the workshop.\nCollaborate with other departments and perform other responsibilities as assigned. \nIf this sounds like you, we want to connect!\nHigh school diploma or general education degree.\nAbility to effectively use ERP system (Syteline experience preferred).\nPrevious experience with shipping, receiving, purchasing, inventory.\nAbility to read, write and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and other information.\nMathematical skills; ability to use calculator.\nExperience with MS Office, Excel.\nForklift certification (may be company-provided).\nAbility to stand regularly and frequently lift or move up to 50 pounds.\nExcellent communication skills with internal and external customers.\nDetail orientation and value for accuracy.\nProblem solving skills to assist associates in meeting their shipping goals.\nOrganization skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities.\nParticipate as positive, contributing member of team.\nWhat’s in it for you?\nThere's no monopoly on innovative ideas or limits to how far you can advance with our team.
