performance tracking.\n Plan and monitor marketing budgets to ensure effective use of resources.\n Lead integrated marketing campaigns across ATL, BTL, digital, and trade channels.\n Conduct regular market visits to assess execution, visibility, and growth opportunities.\n Analyse market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activity.\n Work closely with Sales and Distribution teams to drive in-market execution and availability.\n Manage agencies and partners to deliver high-quality and timely campaigns.\n Track and report on key brand performance metrics and recommend improvements.\n Quality Food Products Support innovation and new product development initiatives.\n Drive portfolio performance and brand profitability.\n Qualifications and Skills \n Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.\n Minimum 4-7 years' experience in brand/marketing roles within FMCG.\n Proven track record in brand growth, campaign execution, and market impact.\n Experience working closely with Sales and Trade Marketing teams.\n Strong analytical, communication, and project management
