practices.\n\nRequirements:\n\n- 15+ years of cybersecurity experience.\n\n- 8+ years in Enterprise Security Architecture roles.\n\n- Proven experience leading large-scale enterprise security transformation programs.\n\n- Strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft E5 Security and Microsoft Purview.\n\n- Experience architecting and delivering implementations for 10,000+ endpoints/servers in multi-region environments.\n\n- Experience managing leadership-level stakeholders, including CISOs, CIOs, Steering Committees, and Board Members.\n\n- Ability to operate both at executive and hands-on technical levels.\n\n- Expertise in RBAC, Zero Trust, XDR Correlation Models, Data, and Security.\n\n- Must have experience leading migrations/consolidations from legacy security tools such as CrowdStrike, Checkpoint EDR, Symantec DLP, and Sophos into Microsoft-native security platforms.\n\n- Must have strong experience designing Enterprise Sensitivity Label Taxonomy, Data Governance Frameworks, Information Protection Strategy, DLP Control Frameworks, Regulatory Compliance Controls, Adaptive Protection Models, and Insider Risk Controls.\n\n- Troubleshooting critical production issues.\n\n- Resolving security configuration challenges.\n\n- Supporting stabilization and hypercare phases.\n\n- Acting as technical escalation point during complex deployments.\n\nCandidate Profile:\n\n- Acting as trusted advisor to CISOs and executive leadership.\n\n- Leading board-level and steering committee discussions.\n\n- Presenting architecture decisions and risk trade-offs.\n\n- Managing scope, risk acceptance, escalations, and delivery challenges.\n\n- Conducting workshops with Business Units and Compliance teams.\n\n- Translating security architecture into business risk language.\n\n- Wave-based deployment methodologies.\n\n- Enterprise rollout governance.\n\n- Hypercare and stabilization models.\n\n- Stage-gate assessments.\n\n- Architecture compliance reviews.\n\n- Testing and validation sign-offs.\n\n- Knowledge Transfer governance.\n\n- Identity Security: Entra.\n\n- Endpoint Security: Microsoft Defender for Endpoint (MDE).\n\n- Email Security: Microsoft Defender for Office 365 (MDO).\n\n- Cloud App Security: MDCA / MCAS.\n\n- Identity Threat Detection: MDI Extended Detection & Response.\n\n- Microsoft 365 Defender XDR.\n\n- Microsoft Certified:
