Working under supervision and using defined runbooks and procedures, the role focuses on monitoring, alert triage, incident logging, and initial remediation to ensure integration services remain stable and available.\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n\nMonitoring & First-Line Support : \n\n- Monitor integration workflows, transactions, dashboards, and alerts for failures and performance issues.\n\n- Identify and classify incidents based on impact and urgency.\n\n- Perform first-level troubleshooting using predefined runbooks and knowledge articles.\n\nIncident & Service Request Management : \n\n- Create, update, and maintain accurate incident and service request records.\n\n- Capture logs, error details, and diagnostic information to support escalation.\n\n- Escalate complex, recurring, or unresolved issues to senior engineers in a timely manner.\n\n- Provide 24x7 Level 1 monitoring and first-response support through rotational shifts.\n\n- Perform alert triage, ticket creation, and runbook-based remediation.\n\n- Escalate incidents to Level 2/3 in line with defined SLAs and escalation procedures.\n\n- Participate in shift handovers and operational reporting.\n\nOperational Assistance : \n\n- Assist with retries, replays, and authorised data correction activities under supervision.\n\n- Participate in incident bridge calls and coordination activities when required.\n\n- Support post-incident activities, including documentation updates and knowledge capture.\n\nLearning & Development : \n\n- Develop foundational skills in Azure Integration Services and cloud operations.\n\n- Follow operational standards, security controls, and compliance requirements.\n\n- Actively build technical capability toward Level 2 support responsibilities.\n\nTechnical Skills & Experience : \n\nEssential : \n\n- Basic understanding of APIs (REST), HTTP methods, and response codes.\n\n- Foundational knowledge of messaging systems (queues, topics) and event-driven integration concepts.\n\n- Exposure to Azure Logic Apps, Azure Service Bus, or similar integration platforms.\n\n- Familiarity with incident, problem, and service
