frameworks.\n\n- Manage project lifecycle activities from initiation through closure.\n\nStakeholder Management:\n\n- Collaborate with sponsors, business leaders, and cross-functional teams to secure project approvals and support.\n\n- Facilitate project meetings and decision-making forums.\n\n- Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.\n\nResource and Team Management:\n\n- Define project team roles and responsibilities.\n\n- Coordinate with resource managers to secure appropriate project resources.\n\n- Provide performance feedback to project team members and resource managers as needed.\n\n- Foster collaboration and accountability across project teams.\n\nRisk, Issue and Change Management:\n\n- Identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and assumptions.\n\n- Maintain issue and risk logs and facilitate timely resolution.\n\n- Lead scope change management processes and obtain required approvals.\n\nFinancial and Performance Management:\n\n- Monitor project budgets, timelines, and resource utilization.\n\n- Track project performance against established metrics and milestones.\n\n- Manage project benefits realization and ROI throughout the project lifecycle.\n\nQuality and Governance:\n\n- Develop testing and implementation strategies.\n\n- Ensure adherence to organizational project management standards and methodologies.\n\n- Conduct quality reviews, stage gate assessments, and project closeout activities.\n\n- Secure and archive all required approvals and project documentation.\n\nQualifications:\n\n- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.\n\n- 15 plus years of total experience with at least 10 years in project management.\n\n- Knowledge of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid).\n\n- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.\n\n- PMP, CAPM, Agile,
