This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a consultative sales environment, is passionate about building relationships, and is driven to exceed targets.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nUpsell & Cross-Sell: Engage with existing florist customers to promote additional services and products that align with their business goals.\nAccount Management: Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and identifying opportunities for growth.\nPipeline Management: Maintain and manage a pipeline of upsell opportunities, ensuring accurate forecasting and tracking in Salesforce.\nProduct Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of BloomNation's suite of products and articulate their value to customers.\nCustomer Advocacy: Act as the voice of the customer, sharing feedback with internal teams to improve our offerings and customer experience.\nCollaboration: Work closely with marketing, customer success, and product teams to align on strategies and deliver a seamless customer experience.\n Quota Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets.\nWhat’s In It For You:\nCompetitive base salary with performance-based incentives (OTE: $70K -
