Are you eager to join a dynamic company and bring innovation through your work and skills?\nPrometeiaoffers you opportunities for growth and training in a Group with over 1000 professionals working for more than 500 clients in 20 countries around the world.\nAmong the European leaders in Enterprise Risk Management and Wealth & Asset Management solutions, Prometeiais looking for a Cloud Native Engineer to join the Cloud Team in its Milan, Bolognaand Rome office.\nROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES\nCandidates will take part of the Cloud&PlatformsPractice, responsible for the Prometeiagroup of Cloud services and platforms enabling the SaaS offeringto the market.\nThe candidate will operateand will ensure the correct execution of all workloads on the reference cloud hyperscalersplatforms, including AWS and Azure.\nHe/she:\nWill collaborate in the design and implementation of cloud applications and in application migration, evolution and modernisation projects and supports the deployment and release of applications.\n\nWill configure, maintainand evolve for continuous improvement of service levels the native operations tools of the main cloud hyperscalerplatforms and any third-party solutions in a multi-cloud perspective for monitoring, observability, performance, capacity, cost optimisation, etc.\n\nWill Develop in Platform Engineering & Operations the implementation and maintenance of toolchains, automation tools and DevOps pipelines.\n\nHe/she may also be involved in internal product and solution development projects and on customer projects, including international projects. As an integral member of the team, he/she will be encouraged to maintainand evolve his/her skills in an ever-changing environment, to follow market innovations and solutions to improve and experiment with new ways and provide customers with ever higher levels of service and quality.\n\nREQUIREMENTS:\nUnderstanding of Cloud Native technologies, includingContainerization ,orchestration with Kubernetes (K8s), serverless architecture, deployment tools like Helm\n\nUndestandingand basic knowledge of day-2 operations: Monitoring and Observability using tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Azure Monitor, Datadog\n\nProficiencyin scripting languages(Bash and/or Python), and Hands-on experience with CI/CD practices and tools such asGitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps\n\nPractical knowledge of major public Cloud platforms, with experience in at least one of the following:Microsoft Azure(Compute, Storage, AKS, Entra, Azure Networking, Azure Monitor, Log Analytics), Amazon Web Services (AWS): (Lamba, Step Function, ECS, CloudWatch, S3)\n\nBasic experience in administering Linuxand Windowsoperating systems, familiarity with application stacks and architecture, preferably based on Javaand .NETplatforms\n\nKnowledge of both relational databases (SQL)and NoSQLtechnologies (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis)and data & analytics plarforms(e.g. Databricks)\n\nSOFT SKILLS:\nProblem solving skills\n\nAptitude for working in a flexible and dynamic team environment\n\nGood interpersonal skills\n\nLOCATION:\nMilan, Rome, Bologna\nWHAT WE OFFER:\nCOMPENSATION, WELFARE & BENEFIT\nOur history, as well as the future, is based on the value of our people.
