Those milestones rest on systems our engineers build every day, and we are searching for engineers like you to help us grow our team.\nRole:-\nSoftware Engineer 2 (Full-Stack) - Full Time W2\nSalary Range:-\n$120,000 to $150,000 + stock options\nOverview:-\nThis is a role for an engineer who is ready to own how a piece of work gets done, not just do the work they are assigned.\n As a Software Engineer 2, you take ownership of a whole feature once Product hands it off for delivery. You break it into work the team can pick up, get it ready to build, guide it through to release, and keep stakeholders honestly informed along the way. You will work with your Product Manager on technical design and architecture, with guidance from senior engineers as you grow into that part of the job.\n You will be measured on what your work does for customers, not on how much of it you shipped. When something is not moving, we expect you to say so early and come with options.\n Our engineering team is fully remote.\n Responsibilities:-\nOwn epics end to end after handoff from Product, from story writing and pointing through delivery and release\nBuild across our TypeScript/Node back end and React front end, taking on the large, complex problems in your team's scope\nReport progress on your epic regularly and accurately, and raise risks before they become surprises\nPartner with your Product Manager and senior engineers on technical design and architecture decisions\nUse AI coding tools as a default part of your workflow, and review what they produce with the same rigor you would apply to your own code\nLead company-wide demos of the work your epic delivered\nReview teammates' code in a way that catches design concerns, edge cases, and test gaps\nTake part in all scrum ceremonies: refinement, sprint kick-off, standup, demos, and retro\nWork directly with Product, QA, and UX throughout delivery, not just at the handoff\nInvestigate and resolve issues found in QA, UAT, and production\n Qualifications:-\n3 or more years of professional software engineering experience building and shipping production software\nStrong TypeScript or JavaScript knowledge, with real depth in both Node.js and React\nA track record of carrying a substantial piece of work from ambiguous requirements to released software\nComfort with relational databases, SQL, and reasoning about data models\nExperience with microservices, Docker, and a cloud platform such as AWS\nAutomated testing as a habit rather than an afterthought\nHands-on experience with AI coding assistants, plus the judgment to know when their output is wrong\nClear written communication with a strong command of the English language, which matters more on a fully remote team\nAble to reason through technical disagreements with evidence, and to update your view when the evidence shifts\nAuthorized to work in the U.S. or Canada\nAble to pass a comprehensive background check, which is required for this role\nNice to have:-\nExperience mentoring or onboarding other engineers\nBackground in finance, brokerage, trading, custody, or blockchain\nExposure to regulated environments and the audit trails they require\nExperience with Jira, Confluence, or similar\n How we work:-\nFully remote engineering.
