The candidate will be responsible for accurate client billing, executing the timely issuance of invoices in accordance with contractual requirements. The ability to understand the revenue recognition policy, analyzing revenue activities, and subport the account team. Prometric serves as an industry gatekeeper, ensuring that people legitimately earn the credentials they seek to achieve, and thereby guaranteeing a fair testing experience for all who come through our doors. \nRESPONSIBILITIES \nAnalyze billing details and issue accurate client invoices. \nAbility to comprehend complex contracts, supporting agreements, identify pertinent terms and implement. \nReview invoices to ensure billing accuracy. \nCommunicate with clients, Client Success Manager, and other departments, resolving issues, and providing clarifications. \nVerify with other departments that services have been delivered and contract terms met. \nAnalyze billing procedures and identify opportunities for improvement. \nPrepare reports and meeting billing deadlines. \nMaintain updated records of accounts receivable. \nEnsure clients' billing accounts are set up correctly and according to their requirements. \nPerforms ad-hoc reporting, as required. \nMay be required to compile and support internal and external auditors' requests for information and documentation. \nQUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS \nEDUCATION \nAssociate’s degree in accounting/finance - plus \nAccounting certification or degree - plus \nEXPERIENCE \nMinimum 2 years of experience as a Billing Analyst or similar role \nExperience with reading custom client contracts \nDemonstrated ability to perform in a fast-paced environment \nExcellent oral and written communications skills \nPeopleSoft/Oracle Experience a plus \nNetSuite Experience a plus \nSaleForce Experience a plus \nCandidates must be strong independent workers.
