mechanically inclined, comfortable with technology, and passionate about innovation.\nWhat you will do:\nReview Production drawings to ensure they meet the expected quality and accuracy for production.\n\nRoutine operation of robotic equipment with the ability to execute production cycles from end to end, from the designed HMI and/or the robot teach pendants (where applicable), recovering from common faults as required\n\nFollow, maintain and improve standards of operations in automatic and manual workstations\n\nImplement and maintain quality control processes to ensure the highest quality standards are met and exceeded.\n\nConduct Quality Control on final products and record observations to review with R&D team.\n\nLead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production performance and efficiency.\n\nImplement and monitor KPIs to identify areas for improvement and drive process enhancements.\n\nAssist in implementing product roadmap initiatives\n\nAssist in developing production procedures and standards\n\nOversee maintenance of production equipment to minimize downtime and maintain operational efficiency.\n\nPromote knowledge sharing among team members and departments to foster a culture of learning and growth.\n\nOther duties as assigned.\n\nWhat you will need to succeed:\nExperience in the manufacturing or construction industry operating equipment.\n\nUnderstanding of manufacturing processes and technologies.\n\nExperience with industrial robot programming, PLCs, and industrial safety systems is an asset\n\nFamiliarity with prefabrication or modular construction\n\nExcellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills\n\nTeam player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills\n\nOrganized, focused and persistent with the ability to work to the plan and meet delivery dates\n\nExcellent problem solver and quick
