own all aspects of the product design phase\n\nDesign systems for compliance to applicable standards (i.e., CSA, ISO, ANSI, OSHA, customer specific)\n\nEstablish robust supply chains and manage low-cost manufacturing partnerships\n\nConfer with colleagues, suppliers, contractors, customers, and relevant authorities to implement operating procedures, resolve system malfunctions, and create appropriate technical documentation, including machine manuals\n\nSet goals, develop, and maintain equipment build schedules for project launches\n\nResearch and evaluate mechanical products for application feasibility by applying knowledge of engineering principles for our continual product development\n\nSupport equipment installations, operation, maintenance, and repairs to ensure that machinery is installed and functioning according to intended specifications\n\nLead and participate in mechanical design reviews\n\nOther duties as assigned\n\nWhat you'll need to succeed:\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering;
