set up and extend simulation environments and test scenarios that mirror our production cells.\n\nLead the effort in motion planning and optimization- develop and optimize motion-planning and collision-checking behaviors in ROS 2 / MoveIt2.\n\nDevelop perception components- implement object detection, pose estimation, and point-cloud processing tasks for material handling and inspection.\n\nWrite clean, tested code- produce well-documented C++ and Python, backed by unit and integration tests.\n\nDebug integration issues- help troubleshoot software-hardware issues alongside the robotics and hardware teams.\n\nSet the engineering bar - define standards for architecture, testing, and code quality; lead code reviews; mentor junior and mid-level developers.\n\nWhat you'll need to succeed:\nDegree in Computer Science, Robotics, Mechatronics, or related fields (Masters/Ph.D. preferred) plus 5+ yearsof relevant robotics software experience.\n\nExpert-level C++ and Python, with a track record of shipping production-quality robotics software.\n\nStrong fundamentals in algorithms, data structures, and basic control concepts.\n\nDeep ROS 2 and MoveIt2 experience -
