Working closely with a dynamic team of front-end developers, product managers, and infrastructure engineers, you will ensure our systems are efficient, reliable, and scalable.\nYour work will directly enable our mission to deliver flexible, affordable solutions that empower individuals to overcome financial challenges and achieve financial stability.\nWhat You'll Do\nArchitect and implement microservices that are robust, scalable, and efficient to support our payment and financial products.\n\nSpend at least 60% of your time hands-on coding, ensuring high-quality and maintainable code.\n\nMonitor, troubleshoot, and enhance the performance of our distributed systems to ensure high availability and reliability.\n\nProvide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.\n\nCollaborate with the infrastructure team to deploy and manage backend services on cloud platforms like AWS and GCP.\n\nWhat Will Enable You\nBS/MS degree in Computer Science or equivalent field.\n\nA minimum of 7 years of experience developing production software, with a focus on backend systems.\n\nPassion for building, operating, and debugging distributed systems at scale. Boundless curiosity, autonomy, and a strong sense of accountability.\n\nExperience in the payments or fintech industry is a plus.\n\nProficiency in microservices architecture and hands-on experience with relevant technologies.
