Oversee the overall software architecture, system design, databases, and system integrations.
Take over existing systems from vendors, analyze source code, and document system architecture and business logic.
Establish coding standards, testing procedures, code reviews, and release processes.
Analyze requirements and prepare functional and technical specifications, API documentation, and data flows.
Identify and resolve software security vulnerabilities to meet client security requirements.
Plan project deliverables, estimate workloads, manage risks, control project scope, and monitor progress.
Coordinate with clients, international partners, and vendors on technical requirements and system changes.
Recruit, lead, mentor, and transfer knowledge to the in-house software development team.
