# Fleet Manager

Description A security services company based in Camperdown, KwaZulu-Natal is seeking an experienced, hands-on Fleet Manager to take full accountability for the management, availability, compliance, and cost-effectiveness of an operational fleet exceeding 350 vehicles. This is a critical role responsible for ensuring uninterrupted operational service delivery through rigorous fleet control, fuel management, cost-saving initiatives, mechanical oversight, stock control, and regulatory compliance. You will collaborate closely with Operations, Finance, Procurement, and Mechanical departments. Fleet Management & Operational Readiness Direct full lifecycle management of 350+ operational vehicles (cars, bakkies, response vehicles, patrol units, and specialized vehicles). Ensure all fleet vehicles remain roadworthy, compliant, insured, licensed, and operational. Monitor vehicle allocation, utilization, mileage, and site availability across all operational regions.
