The ideal candidate is a strong design thinker with excellent leadership skills, capable of mentoring a team while delivering exceptional creative work that aligns with business objectives.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead the creative vision and execution across multiple brands and campaigns.\nConceptualize and develop innovative design solutions for digital, social, branding, and integrated marketing initiatives.\nManage, mentor, and inspire a team of 8–10 designers, fostering creativity, collaboration, and professional growth.\nReview and provide constructive feedback on creative output to ensure high-quality execution.\nCollaborate closely with Copywriters, Creative Directors, Strategy, Client Servicing, Motion, and Production teams to deliver impactful campaigns.\nTranslate client briefs into compelling visual concepts and creative presentations.\nEnsure brand consistency and maintain high creative standards across all deliverables.\nPresent creative ideas confidently to internal stakeholders and clients.\nStay updated with emerging design trends, tools, technologies, and industry best practices.\nManage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery and quality.\nRequired Skills & Qualifications\n8–10 years of experience in a creative design role, preferably within a creative, digital, or advertising agency.\nProven experience leading and managing a team of 8–10 designers.\nStrong portfolio showcasing branding, digital campaigns, social media creatives, and integrated marketing work.\nExcellent understanding of typography, layout, color theory, branding, and visual storytelling.\nProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
