features.\nOptimise app performance, responsiveness, and stability.\nTroubleshoot and resolve bugs, crashes, and technical issues.\nParticipate in code reviews and contribute to improving engineering best practices.\nTake ownership of features from concept to production deployment.\nContinuously explore and implement new technologies to improve product quality and development efficiency.\n\nRequirements: \n1+ years of experience in mobile application development.\nExperience working on consumer-facing products, preferably in D2C, e-commerce, marketplace, fintech, food delivery, logistics, or on-demand service platforms.\nStrong understanding of mobile app architecture and development best practices.\nExperience building applications for both iOS and Android.\nProficiency in one or more of the following: Flutter, React Native, Kotlin (Android), Swift (iOS)\nExperience integrating APIs and working with backend services.\nUnderstanding of app performance optimisation, debugging, and testing.\nFamiliarity with Git and modern development workflows.\nStrong problem-solving and analytical skills.\n\nGood to Have: \nEntrepreneurial mindset with
