May operate check/draft printer.\nWhat will you do?\nThe Claim Support Technician provides basic customer service for all Claim Operations activities in accordance with Company and Claim Operations standards, processes and workflows.\nThis position will be located in Omaha, NE Office and eligible for hybrid work after the completion of training.\nWhat will you do?\nProvide basic customer service for all Claim Operations activities in accordance with Company and Claim Operations standards\nMonitor processes and workflows, including but not limited to creating records of new reported losses in ClaimCenter and ImageRight;\nRespond to telephone status inquiries from Agents, Claimants, Insureds, and others; verify and maintain reporting for Catastrophe codes; obtain and verify required information for Medicare reporting; and verify information in Total Loss Audit reporting.\nWhat are we looking for?\nHigh school diploma or GED and additional vocational courses\n2-3 years related work experience\nBasic math skills\nPersonal computer and related software\nWho would excel in this role?\nYou adhere to Company or Claim Operations policies and procedures\nYou understand basic insurance terms and coverages\nYou have 2 years of college or a business-related Associates degree\nYou have 35 wpm keyboarding skills and type with accuracy\nYou possess excellent oral and written communication skills\nWe want you to be involved!
