You’ll be responsible for scalability, reliability,\nand performance of our systems, CI/CD pipelines, security, and compliance with company\npolicies. This position requires strong expertise in at least one Cloud Computing\nPlatform (AWS, GCP, Azure, OCI), at least one IAC tool (Terraform preferred), at least\none Container Orchestration System (k8s, ECS, nomad, etc.), and at least basic skills\nwriting software (go, python, any language).\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign, implement, and maintain secure, scalable, and highly available\ninfrastructure on AWS (and other cloud providers)\nBuild and manage infrastructure as code using Terraform\nDevelop and optimize CI/CD pipelines\nImplement and maintain logging, monitoring, and alerting solutions\nDrive automation across build, deployment, and operational tasks\nMaintain security standards of infrastructure (containers, application\ndependencies, terraform dependencies, firewalls, service meshes, etc.)\nParticipation in on call rotations (primarily during your daytime)\nRequirements\nExperience in AI driven development & debugging\n5+ years of professional experience in DevOps / SRE (some years could be\nsubstituted by experience in software engineering in general).\nStrong hands-on experience with Infrastructure as a Code\nSolid understanding of AWS services (or other clouds)\nExperience building CI/CD pipelines from scratch & supporting existing ones\nFamiliarity with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, or Datadog)\nCoding skills in at least one programming language (Go, JS, Python)\nSolid understanding of networking, security best practices, and infrastructure\nmonitoring\nWhy Proofpoint?\nAt Proofpoint, we believe that an exceptional career experience includes a comprehensive compensation and benefits package.
