This role will be responsible for executing partner events and demand generation activities that drive measurable pipeline.\nThe role will lead the strategy and execution of partner-facing programs that strengthen relationships, foster collaboration, and create meaningful interactions between Proofpoint and its partners, including resellers, managed service providers (MSPs), distributors, and strategic alliances.\nYour Day-to-Day\nGlobal Channel Events\nDefine and execute a comprehensive partner events strategy\n\nOwn end-to-end partner events including partner council, partner advisory board and partner summit\n\nCreate a cohesive partner experience aligned with channel and business priorities\n\nPartner Engagement & Programs\nDesign and deliver programs that drive active participation across the partner ecosystem\n\nLead the planning and execution of partner events, including summits, webinars, roundtables, and networking experiences\n\nPartner Enablement Collaboration\nCreate an always-on Demand Center for partners including emails, content, and webinars\n\nDrive awareness and participation in enablement activities across the channel\n\nCross-Functional Leadership\nCollaborate closely with channel sales, partner marketing, product marketing, alliances, and customer success teams\n\nServe as a central point of coordination to ensure alignment on partner engagement & demand strategies\n\nAdvocate for partner feedback in internal planning and decision-making\n\nPresent the channel marketing events plan weekly to executive leadership\n\nAnalytics & Performance Measurement\nDefine and track KPIs related to partner events and demand program effectiveness\n\nAnalyze data to assess impact and optimize strategies\n\nWhat you bring to the team\nExperience: Preferred 5+ years of experience in channel events, partner demand gen programs, or partner marketing within SaaS, cybersecurity, or enterprise technology environments\n\nScope & Ownership: Demonstrated ownership of global or multi-regional events with measurable business impact, including planning and execution\n\nCross-Functional Influence: Experience leading initiatives that require alignment across sales, marketing, product, and partner-facing teams without direct authority\n\nPartner Ecosystem Expertise: Strong understanding of indirect go-to-market models, including resellers, distributors, MSPs, and alliances\n\nProgram Management: Track record of designing and executing complex programs with clear success metrics and reporting\n\nExecutive Communication: Ability to present strategies, insights, and outcomes to senior leadership and stakeholders\n\nData-Driven Decision Making: Experience using metrics and analytics to evaluate performance and inform program evolution\n\nWhy Proofpoint?\nAt Proofpoint, we believe that an exceptional career experience includes a comprehensive compensation and benefits package.
