As one of the first and last points of contact for our guests, you will play a key role in creating an exceptional arrival and departure experience while ensuring accurate and efficient parking transactions.\nIf you excel in customer service, have strong cash-handling skills, and enjoy working in a fast-paced hospitality environment, we'd love to hear from you.\nApplication Questions\nDo you have cash-handling experience?\nDo you have customer service experience?\nKey Responsibilities\nWelcome guests and provide exceptional customer service with a warm, professional demeanor.\nDirect guests to appropriate parking areas and assist when parking availability is limited.\nVerify cash banks and required cashier supplies at the beginning of each shift.\nIssue parking tickets and accurately record necessary transaction information.\nProcess payments using cash, credit cards, validations, and other accepted payment methods.\nSafeguard all cash and transactions in accordance with company procedures and financial controls.\nHandle exception transactions, including lost tickets, validations, and grace-period tickets.\nProvide accurate change and issue receipts for all transactions.\nComplete daily reports and reconcile transaction records, vehicle counts, validations, and exception tickets.\nMaintain a clean, organized, and professional cashier station at all times.\nCommunicate effectively with valet attendants, hotel staff, and guests to ensure seamless operations.\nResolve guest concerns promptly and professionally while maintaining luxury service standards.\nAssist with light cleaning and maintenance duties as assigned.\nPerform additional tasks and special projects as directed by management.\nWhat We're Looking For\nThe ideal candidate is:\nFriendly, professional, and guest-service oriented.\nReliable and detail-oriented with strong accuracy and accountability.\nComfortable handling cash and processing transactions.\nAble to remain composed and courteous in a fast-paced environment.\nCommitted to delivering service that reflects the standards of a luxury hotel.\nA strong team player with excellent communication skills.\nQualifications\nMust be at least 18 years of age.\nHigh School Diploma or GED preferred.\nMinimum one year of cash-handling experience required.\nPrevious hospitality, valet, parking, hotel, retail, or customer service experience preferred.\nAbility to read, write, and communicate effectively.\nAbility to drive vehicles with automatic and manual transmissions preferred.\nStrong problem-solving and guest-service skills.\nAbility to stand for extended periods and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.\nAbility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.\nBenefits & Perks\nWe promote from within - park your career here!\nFree Parking!**\nFlexible scheduling; paid Holidays and Wellness.\nFree and confidential employee assistance program (EAP) that provides support and resources to employees and their families 24/7.
