This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic department responsible for delivering accurate and timely payroll processing for 2,000+ employees across multiple entities.\nKey Responsibilities:\nAs a Payroll Specialist, your duties will include, but are not limited to:\nAccurately process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for over 700 employees, ensuring compliance with union, internal policies and external regulations.\nProcessing wage changes, including calculating retroactive pay adjustments as needed\nCalculate and process PTO payouts and final pay as needed.\nPerform routine audits of payroll data to ensure accuracy and compliance.\nParticipate in payroll projects, including system enhancements, corporate department implementations, business acquisitions, and process improvements.\nSupport benefit related payroll projects, withholdings, and reporting.\nMaintain payroll system data, accruals, and timekeeping records.\nRespond promptly to employee and management inquiries regarding payroll matters.\nUnion Billing Reconciliations.\nQualifications & Skills:\nTo succeed in this role, you will need:\nMinimum 2-3 years of recent end to end payroll processing experience, preferably in a high-volume, multi-location environment.\nRecent proficiency (within the last three years) with ADP Workforce Now is required.\nExperience with UKG Workforce Ready is a strong plus.\nSolid understanding of payroll principles, wage and hour laws, and tax regulations.\nPrior experience processing union payrolls and interpreting CBAs a plus.\nElevated level of discretion and ability to manage sensitive, confidential information.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.\nAbility to work independently, prioritize multiple tasks, and meet strict deadlines.\nExperience with automation and AI is a plus.\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and data validation.\nExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a team-first attitude.\nWhy Join Propark?\nBe part of a growing, innovative company that values your contributions.\nCompetitive compensation and benefits package.\nCollaborative and supportive team environment.\nOpportunities for professional development and advancement.\nWhat's in it for you?\nWe promote from within - park your career here!\nFree Parking!**\nFlexible scheduling; paid Holidays and Wellness.\nFree and confidential employee assistance program (EAP) that provides support and resources to employees and their families 24/7.
