You can learn more about us on Glassdoor.\nYour Mission:\nJoin our Denver team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist leading high-volume hiring for our Go-To-Market organization. Working in-office at least 3 days a week, you'll partner with hiring managers to drive full-cycle recruitment, optimize hiring workflows using data-driven insights, and ensure a candidate-first experience at every stage.\nLead high-volume hiring for our fastest-growing teams.\nPartner directly with hiring managers to drive accountability and manage expectations.\nOptimize recruitment tooling and data flows (e.g., managing ATS workflows, running pipeline analytics).\nHave an owner mindset, whereby you step up to support cross-functional projects and operational initiatives as team needs evolve.\nAbout Our Team:\nWe thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards for candidate and stakeholder experience.\nWe embrace a hybrid work model in Denver (3 days in-office), prioritizing close collaboration and proximity to the business.\nWe use smart tools and recruitment data to streamline processes without losing the personal touch.\nRequirements\n3+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience.\nDemonstrated success handling high-volume recruitment in fast-paced, KPI-driven environments.\nStrong systems orientation with experience organizing ATS data, running hiring reports, and troubleshooting process gaps.\nOutstanding communication and stakeholder management skills under pressure.\nSharp discernment regarding AI tools-clear opinions on how AI should and shouldn't be applied to talent acquisition.\nExperience with GTM recruiting is a plus.\nHands-on experience building basic automations or workflow agents is a bonus.\nBenefits\nFully paid employee United Platinum PPO medical, dental, and vision coverage\n20-day paid vacation time per year with no accrual or carryover cap\n3% non-elective employer contribution to 401(k)\nEmployee share options\nProfessional development budget and leave\nThe opportunity to take part in our mentorship program\n$100 USD monthly telephone and/or internet allowance\nPaid primary & secondary parental leave policies\n$275 USD one time work from home set up budget, and we’ll also send you a laptop, monitor, mouse, and keyboard\nThe estimated salary range offered for this role is $73,000 - $83,000 per year.
