Collaborate directly with software engineers to isolate visual regressions, state errors, and mobile performance bottlenecks to verify hotfixes.\n\nDocumentation and Quality Standards:\n\nCreate and maintain technical documentation for automated testing frameworks, test plans, and coverage reports, ensuring all testing processes are transparent and maintainable across teams.\nQualifications\nEducational Background:\n\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field. Equivalent practical experience, certifications, or a strong portfolio demonstrating test automation frameworks will also be considered.\n\nQuality Assurance Experience:\n\n3 to 5 years of hands-on software quality assurance experience, with a proven focus on automated mobile and web UI testing.\n\nMobile Testing Tools:\n\nPractical experience with mobile automation frameworks such as Appium, Detox, or Maestro.\n\nWeb Automation Frameworks:\n\nStrong proficiency with modern web automation tools such as Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium.\n\nProgramming and Scripting:\n\nSolid scripting and development proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript for building clean, maintainable test scripts and custom runner configurations.\n\nVersion Control and Mobile Distribution:\n\nExperience with Git workflows and mobile app distribution platforms (e.g., Apple TestFlight, Google Play Internal Testing tracks).\n\nSoft Skills:\n\n Acute attention to detail with a methodical, root-cause-driven approach to problem-solving.\n\n Excellent written and verbal communication skills to clearly articulate technical issues to development teams.\n\n Strong self-motivation and eagerness to continuously adopt and adapt to modern testing frameworks.\n\n Ability to work independently as a dedicated QA authority while collaborating effectively within an Agile team.\n\n Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills;\n\nArchitecture Exposure:\n\nExperience testing decoupled/headless web architectures (e.g., Next.js frontends connected to API backends).\n\nPerformance Profiling:\n\nFamiliarity with mobile app performance profiling, including resource usage (CPU, memory, battery) and network latency under simulated loads.\n\nContainerization Exposure:\n\nBasic experience with Docker and local containerized staging environments.\n\nMetrics and Scorecards:\n\nFamiliarity with tracking key performance indicators, test coverage ratios, or contributing data to engineering
