the Role\nWe are looking for an Instructional Designer to design engaging, practical, and impactful learning experiences that help employees build the knowledge, skills, and capabilities they need to learning content.\nYou will be responsible for designing and developing learning experiences across different formats, using instructional design principles, learning technologies, and our Learning Management System (LMS).\nThe ideal candidate combines strong instructional design expertise with creativity, strong stakeholder management, and an understanding of business priorities.\nKey Responsibilities\nLearning & Instructional Design\nDesign engaging learning experiences that support knowledge retention and practical application.\n\nCreate compelling course content, learning activities, exercises, and practice opportunities.\n\nDefine clear learning objectives and ensure content and activities are aligned with the intended outcomes.\n\nApply instructional design theories, learning principles, and established instructional design models.\n\nConduct learner and context analysis to understand the needs of different audiences.\n\nDevelop assessments and evaluation methods to measure learner understanding and performance.\n\nDesign learning experiences using a variety of formats, including:\nVideos and audio\n\nSimulations\n\nRole plays\n\nGames and interactive activities\n\nVisual learning materials\n\nDigital courses\n\nContent Development\nPartner with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and knowledge owners to gather, structure, and validate content.\n\nTranslate complex or technical information into clear, engaging, and learner-friendly content.\n\nWrite effective instructional copy, learning materials, audio scripts, and video scripts.\n\nCreate storyboards and instructional graphics to bring learning concepts to life.\n\nEnsure learning content is accessible, intuitive, and easy to navigate.\n\nLMS & Learning Technology\nDevelop and maintain learning content within the LMS and other learning technologies.\n\nMaintain accurate course documentation, content libraries, and course folders both within and outside the LMS.\n\nUse course development and authoring tools to create high-quality digital learning experiences.\n\nApply basic HTML knowledge where required to support digital learning content.\n\nStakeholder Management\nBuild strong relationships with internal stakeholders, SMEs, and knowledge owners.\n\nProactively engage content owners to ensure learning materials remain accurate and up to date.\n\nUnderstand the needs of different learner groups and adapt learning solutions accordingly.\n\nAct as a trusted partner to stakeholders throughout the learning design and development process.\n\nBusiness Impact & Prioritisation\nUnderstand business priorities and translate them into relevant learning solutions.\n\nAssess the relative importance and criticality of different knowledge areas.\n\nPrioritise learning content based on business needs, learner impact, and urgency.\n\nEnsure learning experiences balance impact, accessibility, simplicity, and ease of delivery.\n\nManage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nExperience & Qualifications\n3+ years of experience in instructional design, learning design, or a related field.\n\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Education, or a related discipline is preferred.\n\nProven experience designing and developing learning experiences and instructional content.\n\nExperience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS).\n\nStrong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design methodologies.\n\nExperience with course development/authoring tools.\n\nExperience creating storyboards and visual learning materials.\n\nTechnical Skills\nStrong instructional writing and content development skills.\n\nExperience creating audio and video scripts.\n\nVisual design capabilities and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.\n\nBasic HTML knowledge.\n\nAbility to translate learning concepts into engaging digital and interactive experiences.\n\nBehavioral Competencies\nExceptional relationship builder: Builds
