primary point of contact for all account-related matters.\n\nDevelop and implement strategic account plans to drive growth, retention, and satisfaction among assigned clients.\n\nConduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' business objectives and challenges, and propose tailored solutions to address their needs effectively.\n\nIdentify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell additional products or services to existing clients, maximizing revenue potential and client value.\n\nProactively address any client issues or concerns, ensuring prompt resolution and escalation to
