identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to streamline workflows, increase efficiency, and enhance sales team productivity.\nOverseeing the management and administration of sales systems and tools, including CRM software, sales analytics platforms, and other technology solutions, to ensure optimal utilization and effectiveness in supporting sales operations.\nAnalyzing sales performance metrics and KPIs to track progress against targets, identify trends, and provide insights to Sales Management for decision-making and strategy development.\nSupporting sales forecasting and planning processes by providing data-driven analysis, generating forecast reports, and collaborating with Sales Management to develop sales targets and quotas aligned with organizational objectives.\nManaging the sales compensation program, including designing, implementing, and administering sales commission plans, ensuring accuracy and fairness in commission calculations, and strategy and decision-making.\nProficiency in sales technology and CRM systems, such as Salesforce or similar platforms, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools, to
