# [Remote] AI Developer

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. PropertySuite is hiring an AI Developer to build and maintain features across its live property platform. The role covers end-to-end feature delivery, integration maintenance, access-rule verification, and measurable code quality. Responsibilities Ship features end to end: scope, build, prove it works, hand over a pull request that can be merged in minutes Keep the integration layer healthy: the WhatsApp AI, mail and drive sync, scheduled jobs, payment webhooks and the market data sync Treat access rules as part of the feature, not as an afterthought. Every change is checked as at least two roles Keep quality measurable: type checks, tests and security advisories clean before a merge, not after a bug report Skills Genuinely AI-native. You already build this way and can show what came out of it Strong with Next.js and Postgres Able to work from a short brief without a specification being written for you Honest about what is verified and what is assumed Fluent English Supabase and row level security specifically are a real plus Benefits Dubai or remote, as long as the overlap with Dubai hours works.
