This includes effectively onboarding new clients and managing existing client contracts to ensure ProPharma is providing required services and setting up necessary and appropriate processes for new client contracts.\nEssential Functions:\nManages designated ProPharma clients and their expectations in a proactive and professional manner.\nEnsures client contracted services are delivered, maintained and within the scope of the contract.\nEnsures the potential for expanded contract services is realized.\nSupports the onboarding of new client contract services.\nEffectively manages and supports client expectations of services and lead regular client meetings during set up.\nSupports the extension of designated client services as delegated by management.\nDevelops and maintains client Working Practices and other supporting documentation as required.\nForges excellent working relationships with clients via regular open and honest client meetings and communications.\nFacilitates client discussions on issues or potential improvements with ProPharma including best practices and process efficiencies.\nResponds to client emails and other communications in a timely and professional manner.\nArranges and hosts client visits at ProPharma’s offices, as necessary\nEnsures client invoicing is reflective of services.\nDevelopment and delivery of client business review meetings.\nEnsures compliance with the specific Working Practices which have been agreed with designated clients.\nPrepares for and attends client audits as delegated by management.\nNecessary Skills & Abilities:\nAble to liaise efficiently with client companies to ensure client satisfaction with ProPharma services.\nAble to work within a team in an open and professional manner.\nAble to liaise efficiently with internal departments to facilitate delivery of client services.\nExcellent written and oral communication skills.\nComputer literacy.\nSound planning, prioritizing and organizational skills.\nAccuracy and attention to detail.\nWork in a professional manner always, with clients, customers, team members and management.\nGood working knowledge of Company Standard Operating Procedures.\nCompliance with Company’s health and safety policies.\nThis is a global role which could include line reporting into any site globally.\nOccasional travel to client or other ProPharma offices.\nEducational Requirements:\nRequired: Life Sciences Degree or equivalent.\nExperience Requirements:\nOne year experience with a proven track record of success in contract, client, or project management.\nWe celebrate our differences and strive to create a workplace where each person can be their authentic self.
