learning.\n• Develop and fine-tune ML models, including deep learning, NLP, reinforcement learning, and\nagent-based systems.\n• Work closely with clients to understand business needs, define AI strategies, and deliver custom\nAI-driven solutions.\n• Architect and implement scalable AI systems that integrate with enterprise applications.\n• Stay updated with state-of-the-art AI research, applying best practices to solve real-world\nbusiness problems.\n• Drive participation in AI hackathons and industry challenges, fostering a team culture of\ninnovation and experimentation.\n• Collaborate with product managers, software engineers, and data scientists to ensure seamless\ndeployment and monitoring of AI solutions.\n• Present AI strategies and technical solutions to stakeholders, translating complex AI concepts\ninto business value.\n• Ensure AI models are ethical, fair, and transparent, with proper governance in place.\n\nRequired Qualifications\n• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML development, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role.\n• Strong expertise in Generative AI (LLMs, diffusion models, transformers, etc.), agentic AI, and\nML algorithms.\n• Proven track record of delivering AI solutions for clients, including hands-on experience in\ndeploying models into production.\n• Experience with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, Hugging Face, OpenAI\nAPIs, and other ML libraries.\n• Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or similar languages.\n• Familiarity with cloud-based AI/ML platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps practices.\n• Experience leading AI hackathons or similar innovation-driven initiatives.\n• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into AI solutions.\n• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain AI concepts to both\ntechnical and non-technical stakeholders.\n• Experience working in agile development
