Summary : \n\nThe Data Analyst plays a pivotal role in applying advanced analytical, statistical, and optimization techniques for decision-making across the Staples Supply Chain.\n\nThis role is central to driving the next generation of supply chain analytics supporting the integration of traditional data science with emerging AI-driven automation and decision intelligence capabilities.\n\nThe individual will help accelerate Staples' evolution toward a highly intelligent, scalable, and agent-enabled analytics ecosystem, unlocking greater efficiency, agility, and business value.\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n\n- Participate and contribute to core supply chain functions such as Inventory planning, Network and Capacity planning, Transportation optimization, Labor Planning, as well as Warehouse operations.\n\n- Build predictive and prescriptive models using structured and unstructured data to drive visibility and improvement in operational performance.\n\n- Collaborate closely with planning and operations focused stakeholders to drive actionable insights.\n\n- Create and monitor supply chain metrics to drive optimization of the Staples Supply Chain and improvement in performance.\n\n- Develop dashboards and automated reports using BI tools.\n\n- Design and develop AI-powered agents and LLM-based workflows.\n\nQualifications : \n\n- Bachelors' degree in a quantitative field such as Operations Research, Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering or any other highly quantitative discipline.\n\n- Around 3+ years' experience in the Supply Chain Logistics domain is highly desirable.\n\n- Master's degree is preferred.\n\nTechnical Skills : \n\n- Fluent in programming languages : Python and SQL (highly desirable).\n\n- Data visualization tools : Power BI, Tableau or equivalent.\n\n- Cloud and data platforms : Snowflake, SQL server or similar.\n\n- Familiarity with other statistical and scripting languages.\n\n- Familiarity with cloud ecosystems (Azure preferred, AWS/GCP acceptable).\n\n- Familiarity with Machine learning, statistical modeling and optimization libraries.\n\n- Experience or exposure to LLMs and Generative AI (Azure
