and implement end-to-end AI/ML and Generative AI solutions.\n\n- Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, production-ready architectures.\n\n- Develop solutions using Python, AI/ML frameworks, APIs and Cloud services.\n\n- Design and implement LLM, RAG, embeddings, vector search and Agentic AI solutions.\n\n- Build capabilities for model training, deployment, inference, evaluation and monitoring.\n\n- Implement MLOps / LLMOps practices including CI/CD, versioning, testing and observability.\n\n- Evaluate and select AI models, frameworks, and platforms based on business requirements.\n\n- Integrate AI services with enterprise applications, APIs, data platforms and cloud services.\n\n- Ensure solutions meet enterprise standards for security, privacy, scalability, performance and cost optimization.\n\n- Provide technical leadership through architecture, hands-on development, code reviews, troubleshooting and mentoring.\n\nTech Stack & Requirements:\n\n- 8+ years of hands-on AI/ML experience with enterprise-scale, production-grade implementations.\n\n- Strong Python development and software engineering expertise.\n\n- Strong experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP and Generative AI/LLMs.\n\n- Hands-on expertise in RAG, embeddings, vector databases/search, prompt engineering and LLM evaluation.\n\n- Strong experience with Azure / AWS / GCP.\n\n- Hands-on experience with MLOps / LLMOps, model deployment, monitoring, CI/CD and containers.\n\n- Experience with APIs, microservices, data pipelines and enterprise data platforms.\n\n- Strong understanding of AI Security, Privacy, Responsible AI and Enterprise Governance.\n\n- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
