You’ll contribute to channel recommendations, activate campaigns, and optimize performance against KPIs, managing work to budget and deadline, and helping maintain strong client and vendor relationships. Experience across B2B and B2C preferred. \nThe ideal candidate is a confident self-starter, team player, innovative problem-solver, and able to manage multiple projects at once. This role requires you to be highly attentive to detail and resourceful, with the ability to work well under pressure. You must also be effective at communicating with internal team members as well as clients and vendors. Our ideal candidate will have a great work ethic, experience in both brand and demand gen campaign planning and activation, and a hunger for responsibility and learning. \nYOUR DAY TO DAY\nDevelop and execute integrated media plans across digital and traditional media channels, with a clear rationale for channel and plan recommendations. \nConduct audience, competitive, and category research to develop insights-led channel and budget recommendations.\nManage deliverables throughout the campaign life cycle across research, planning, execution, tracking, and optimization.\nSupport vendor RFP evaluation and negotiations.\nOwn campaign activation processes (trafficking sheets, URL tracking, and tagging with Ad Ops/Analytics)\nBuild presentation materials and contribute to client status calls and presentations. \nAssist with campaign reporting activities, drawing analysis from data and recommending optimizations\nWork closely with client engagement leads, project management, and external teams for operational efficiency.\nHandle media reconciliation and billing for your accounts.\nSupports the needs of direct manager and Media Directors \nWHAT YOU BRING\n2+ years of media planning experience with hands-on digital and offline exposure (at least one year of digital experience preferred)\nUnderstanding of all forms of media planning, including brand, demand gen, and lead capture.\nExperience with digital planning and research tools (MRI, Kantar, Commspoint, etc.)\nExperience with digital campaign activation required (trafficking sheets, URL tracking setup, etc.)\nExperience with media buying platforms a plus (MediaOcean, Strata, Nexelus, etc.)\nExceptional organizational and planning skills and attention to detail\nExperience in managing campaigns; strong analytical skills and understanding of KPI's for media\nAbility to multitask and work effectively within a fast-paced agency environment\nMust be assertive, highly self-motivated, with strong communications skills and a high level of professionalism. \nDemonstrated experience with client-facing interactions, and preparing and delivering presentation materials.\nComfortable communicating and coordinating with both internal teams and external partners; able to keep multiple stakeholders informed and aligned. \nProficient in Excel/PowerPoint \nAbility to work as part of a team, share ideas and accept constructive feedback\nBachelor’s degree required degree or equivalent in experience including media planning and buying experience in an agency setting \nLocation: Atlanta, Austin, Chicago, or San Francisco - Candidate must be within commuting distance and able to be in office 3+ days per week\nSalary Range: $60,000 - $70,000 USD\nProphet is an equal opportunity employer.
